Valdettaro shipyard lights up for Christmas: on Saturday a gospel concert on board the Asgard yacht.
During the Christmas holidays, the Valdettaro Shipyard joins the magic of Le Grazie, illuminated as every year by the Municipality of Portovenere.
After being restored with dedication, the ancient crane of the municipal port, awaiting the return to its place of honor, is adorned with lights and temporarily placed in a clearly visible place. For the occasion, a magnificent Christmas light show was prepared, thanks to over 200 meters of lights decorating the Asgard yacht, moored on the quay next to the beach, in front of the restored port.
This panorama merges with the memory of the past and future prospects, creating a unique scenario in the picturesque village of Grazie, with the splendidly illuminated sanctuary and palace.
This scenario will be the perfect backdrop for an exciting gospel concert by the “Sizohamba Gospel Choir” group, which will perform on the deck of the boat at 6pm on December 16th. To enjoy the musical show it will be necessary to position yourself under the pine forest near the beach.
“It is a real pleasure for us to give this embrace of light and celebration to the Borgo delle Grazie, where our historic construction site finds its home. We want to sincerely thank all those who contributed to making this extraordinary event possible: the Municipality, the Cantiere della memoria and the rigger Pier Francesco Cè“, comments Alessio Donno, operational director of the Valdettaro Group.
