From IYM press release:
In the elegant setting of Fezzano’s marina, a delegation of IYM captains gathered last night, including several members of the Board. The convivial meeting served as an informal occasion to exchange holiday greetings and to welcome a new Gold Sponsor on board, Valdettaro Group. This Italian company, including four brands, offers a diverse range of services. With its four shipyards located between Liguria and Sardinia, specializing in refit and storage, the Valdettaro Group can professionally and passionately meet the maintenance needs of yachts and superyachts.
The Valdettaro shipyard in the marina of Le Grazie di Porto Venere (La Spezia) performs both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance on a range of vessels, from small wooden fishing boats to megayachts up to 100 meters. Globally renowned for the high quality of labor and services provided, the shipyard boasts a long tradition of shipwrights and is among the few worldwide that constructs wooden masts for superyachts.
Dedicated to superyachts, the Valdettaro Cala Saccaia shipyard is located in the Gulf of Olbia in Sardinia. The maintenance area for yachts and vintage boats exceeds 60,000 square meters, supported by 200 meters of quay for mooring boats up to 100 meters. Two operational travel lifts include a 720-ton lift and a 60-ton lift. The haulage dock of the 720-ton travel lift has dimensions of 40 meters in length and 14.50 meters in width.
Canaletti Shipyard, situated in La Spezia, boasts 15,000 square meters of warehouses dedicated to yacht storage and refit. The shipyard specializes in the maintenance of sailing boats, motor boats, and wooden vessels, offering a comprehensive array of services, encompassing joinery, mechanical repairs, painting, and osmosis treatment for vessels of all sizes.
Last but not least, Marina Resort in Fezzano, is enriched by “About Italy Holiday,” a unique offering for tourists seeking a life experience through sun, sea, food, and culture in the stunning Gulf of Poets, spanning from Portovenere and the Cinque Terre to Portofino and Tuscany.
We extend a warm welcome once again to Valdettaro Group.
